Step by step
- Open the store editor. Click Store Editor in the sidebar.
- Set your colours and logo. On the Theme tab, upload your logo and choose your colours. Keep it simple — two colours and a readable font beat a busy design.
- Choose a hero banner. Under Hero Section you can upload your own image, or pick a ready-made banner for your store type from the grid — no design work needed.
- Edit your trust badges. Trust Badges (Free Delivery, Cash on Delivery, Easy Returns and so on) live on the Theme tab, maximum four. They appear under your hero and again at checkout.
- Arrange the homepage. On the Sections tab, reorder blocks, hide the ones you do not need, and add new ones such as featured products, categories or reviews.
- Save and check on a phone. Save, then open your store on your own phone. Nearly all your customers will be on mobile.
If a change does not appear: storefront pages are cached for a short time. Refresh after a minute, or open your store in a private browser window.
Common questions
Where are trust badges and the announcement bar?
Store Editor → Theme tab. They used to live under Settings, which is why older instructions may point you elsewhere.
Can I edit the delivery info cards on my homepage?
Yes. Store Editor → Sections → Delivery Info. It comes with three editable cards; remove them all to reset to the defaults.
Do I need a designer?
No. Pick a ready-made banner, upload a logo, choose two colours and move on. Photos of your actual products matter far more than the theme.
