Every store gets a free address like yourstore.tijarahonline.com straight away. Your own domain is optional, but it looks more established to customers and it is yours to keep.
Step by step
- Buy a domain. Register the domain with any registrar. A
.pkis registered through PKNIC;.comis available from most international registrars. - Add it in your dashboard. Go to Settings → Domain and enter the domain exactly as you bought it.
- Copy the DNS values. The page shows the DNS records to create. Keep that screen open.
- Update DNS at your registrar. Log in to your registrar, find DNS settings, and enter the records exactly as shown — no extra spaces, no trailing dots unless specified.
- Wait for it to take effect. DNS changes usually apply within a few hours, occasionally up to 24. Your secure certificate is issued automatically once it points correctly.
Your free subdomain is permanent. The
yourstore.tijarahonline.com address cannot be renamed after the store is created, because existing links and customer bookmarks would break. If you want a different name, add your own domain — both keep working.Common questions
Can I change my subdomain?
No. It is fixed when the store is created. Add a custom domain instead — the subdomain keeps working alongside it.
Do I need to buy an SSL certificate?
No. The secure certificate is issued and renewed automatically at no cost once your domain points to us.
My domain is not working yet.
Check the DNS records match exactly what the Domain page shows, then allow a few hours. Most problems are a typo or a record added at the wrong level.
