Step by step
- Open bulk upload. Go to Products and click the purple Bulk Upload button in the toolbar.
- Download the template. The blank CSV template is downloaded from inside the Bulk Upload page, not from the products toolbar. Use that file — the column names must match.
- Fill one row per product. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Each row is one product: name, category, price, stock, SKU. Keep the header row exactly as it came.
- Save as CSV. Save the file in CSV format, not .xlsx. In Excel choose File → Save As → CSV.
- Upload and review. Upload the file on the same page. Any rows with problems are reported back to you, so fix those and re-upload just those rows.
- Add photos afterwards. Photos are added per product in the form. Upload the catalogue first, then work through adding images.
If you are moving from another platform: export your products from there as CSV first — Shopify, WooCommerce and most others offer this — then rearrange the columns to match our template.
Common questions
Can I upload photos in the spreadsheet?
No. Add the products by spreadsheet first, then add images per product in the product form.
My upload failed. What do I do?
The page tells you which rows failed and why. The usual causes are a changed header row, a price with a comma or currency symbol in it, or the file saved as .xlsx instead of .csv.
Does bulk upload count towards my plan limit?
Yes. The Free plan allows 10 products however you add them.
