Step by step
- Check the status. Open Products and look at the Status column. Only Active products appear on your store — Draft and Archived are hidden by design.
- Check the stock. A product with Stock Qty 0 shows as out of stock and cannot be bought. Set a real number and Save.
- Check the variants. If the product has variants (sizes, colours), each variant has its own stock. A product can look in stock while every variant is at zero.
- Refresh your store. Open your store link and refresh. Storefront pages are cached briefly, so give it up to a minute.
If it is still missing
Two less common causes:
- The category is empty or hidden. If you are looking at a category page rather than the products page, check the product is in that category.
- You are looking at a cached page. Try the store link in a private browser window, which never uses your cached copy.
Note: your store is live from the moment it is created. There is no "publish" or "go live" button to press — if the product is Active and in stock, it is visible.
Common questions
Is there a publish button I am missing?
No. Your store is live from the day it is created. The only thing that hides a product is its Status being Draft or Archived, or having no stock.
I changed the product but my store shows the old version.
Storefront pages are cached for a short time. Refresh after a minute, or open the page in a private browser window to bypass your own cache.
