How to set your delivery charges

Updated September 2026 · TijarahOnline Help

Short answer: go to Settings → Shipping & Delivery. A new store already has a working Nationwide zone at PKR 250, so you can take orders immediately. To change it, open the Courier Shipping tab, edit that zone or add your own, and set either a flat rate per order or rates by weight.

The Shipping & Delivery page has four tabs, and you probably only need one or two of them:

Step by step

  1. Open shipping settings. In the sidebar go to Settings → Shipping & Delivery and stay on the Courier Shipping tab.
  2. Edit the existing zone or add one. Your store comes with a Nationwide zone. Click Edit on it, or click Add Zone to create a new one.
  3. Name it and pick provinces. Give the zone a name, then choose the provinces it covers — Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Islamabad, AJK, GB, FATA — or switch on Nationwide.
  4. Add a courier and choose the rate type. Click Add Courier, pick one, then choose Per order for a single flat rate, or Per kg to charge by weight.
  5. Set the rates. For a flat rate, enter one amount. For weight-based, fill the brackets (for example 0–0.5 kg PKR 100, 0.5–1 kg PKR 120) and a per-kg charge above the top bracket.
  6. Optionally offer free delivery. Turn on Free Shipping Threshold and set an amount. Customers then see a progress bar showing how much more to add.
  7. Check the preview and save. The preview panel shows a live calculation for a sample order. Confirm it looks right, then Save. A zone needs at least one courier.
Do not delete every zone. If a customer's province is not covered by any zone, checkout stops with "We don't ship to your area" and you lose the order. Keep at least one zone that covers everywhere you sell.

Delivering in your own city

If you deliver locally yourself, use the Local Delivery tab instead. Add your areas, a flat delivery fee, a minimum order value if you want one, and an estimated delivery time.

Common questions

What happens if a customer is outside all my zones?

Checkout blocks with "We don't ship to your area." Add a zone covering that province, or switch a zone to Nationwide.

How is shipping worked out for a heavy order?

On a per-kg zone it adds up the weight brackets you defined, then applies your per-kg overage rate for anything above the top bracket. The preview panel shows the exact calculation.

Can I offer free delivery over a certain amount?

Yes. Turn on the Free Shipping Threshold in the zone. Customers see a progress bar encouraging them to reach it, and shipping becomes zero at checkout.
